Ingredients:
1 kg of squash
½ kg of bell pepper
1 cup of meat- chopped
1 cup of rice
1 tbsp of olive oil
¼ tbsp of each: cumin, black pepper, cinnamon,
paprika and oregano
Salt to taste
Tomato and potato- slices
2 cups of hot boiling water

Method:
1- Mix rice with meat and olive oil. Season and then stuff the squash and the bell pepper with
2- Arrange them in an oven pan, then place the tomato and potato slices over
3- Pour the boiling water over, then cover the pan and place it into a hot oven for 1 hour
4- Remove the cover, then leave them until they start becoming dry then serve.
