Shipping Policy

Danat proudly offers free shipping in the contiguous UAE on all shipments over 190 AED. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. No coupons or promotion codes required!

Orders under 190 AED shipping to addresses in the contiguous UAE ship is calculated at checkout. You can upgrade shipping in many cases for a nominal cost. Shipping prices will cost 30 AED, Either with PayPal or cash in delivery time.

Orders shipping to PO boxes, APO and FPO

Shipping prices to other Gulf Countries or international destinations are calculated based on weight and postal code. The price and estimated arrival date will be shown at checkout. All prices shown are in AED.

Delivery Times for your orders

You may wonder why your items take a different amount of time to arrive with free shipping each time you order. The exact shipping time depends on many factors, such as availability of the ingredients to make the spice. We pride ourselves on the freshness of our spices, so spices are made to order! Usually shipping times are 3-5 days for handling and depending on the service you chose at checkout, the shipping times range from 3 to 8 days to all UAE Cities.

Return Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to be satisfied. This is the reason for the Danat Customer Service Guarantee. Due to inevitable fraudulent activity Danat will only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Danat and in accordance with the following:

  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds may take at least one week to process.
  3. Seasoning – Must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
  4. To be considered for a refund, Danat must receive the respective item within fourteen (14) days of the item’s purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card / Paypal used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
