 
                Ingredients:
 2 pieces of salted fish (al maleh)
 4 cups of rice, boiled and drained
 4 minced onions
 2 Tomatoes, minced
 1 tbsp garlic with ginger
 1/4 tbsp from each of Turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, arabic spices and Cardamon
 3 tbsp ghee
Method:
 1- Rinse the fish many times to get rid of the salt stored in. bring to a boil for 30 minutes. Drain and then wash well to remove the dirt, the skin and the spines.
 2- Melt the ghee in the pot. Fry onions, garlic and ginger until lightly brown. Add tomatoes, coriander and the spices. Stir for 5 minutes.
 3- Throw in the fish, and turn upside down for 2 minutes.
 4- Add the aych to the content, let it simmer over low heat for 30 minutes and serve.
