1 kilo of shrimp
1 sliced onion
3 bell peppers (green, red and yellow), Sliced
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of hot water
1/4 tbsp from each black & red pepper, coriander and cumin salt and green pepper to taste
1. Heat oil in a pan, put onions and stir for 5 minutes. Add pepper and shrimps then stir for 5 minutes.
2. Sprinkle spices, salt and green pepper and cover the pan. Heat until the water evaporates, then add soy sauce and stir well.
3. Add water and let the content simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with white rice.
