Ingredients and Method:

⦁ Sautee 4 minced onions, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
⦁ Add 1 kilogram of meat cubes
⦁ Sautee for 10 minutes then spice with saffron, salt, black pepper, curry, turmeric and Danat meat spices
⦁ Add 1 cup of minced meat, green pepper, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, tomato paste, 1 minced tomato, 2 cups of yoghurt & 2 meat broth cubes
⦁ Heat for 10 minutes then add hot water and leave the meat to soften
⦁ Add the rice and leave on high heat until the rice dries out
⦁ Reduce the heat and leave for 30 minutes
