Ingredients and Method:

⦁ Mince 4 onions and mix with saffron, olives and pickles
⦁ Spice with black pepper, oregano, paprika and meat pepper
⦁ Add shredded lemon, ginger, 2 cups of lemon juice and salt
⦁ 2 tablespoons of tomato and balsamic vinegar
⦁ Stuff 2 whole chickens with 1/3rd of the mixture and rub the sides with oil
⦁ Place the rest of the mixture in an oven pan
⦁ Add the potatoes, carrots, green pepper, and hot pepper on top
⦁ Add the chicken on top
⦁ Place in the oven for an hour
⦁ Add some shredded mozzarella to the top of it until it melts.
⦁ Serve with vermicelli rice
