2 chickens
1/2 tbsp from each of Carey Turmeric, cinnamon
and black pepper
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
4 garlic cloves

For filling:
1 cup of yellow lentil, boiled
1/4 tbsp from each of Turmeric cinnamon, black
pepper and Cardamon
2 tbsp Tomato paste
2 potatoes, diced
3 sliced onions
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup of water
20 Rogag bread loaves

1- Season the chicken and then rub with tomato paste. Place in an oven pan. Put onions, tomatoes and garlic over. Place into hot oven for an hour until roasted.
2- to prepare the stuffing: fry onions with ghee, then add potatoes and stir until cooked. Sprinkle with spices and stir. Add water, then leave over low heat for 10 minutes.
3- Arrange the bread loaves in a large tray. Lay chicken on, and then put the stuffing.
