Ingredients:
3 medium sized fishes
2 cups of yogurt
2 onions- chopped
1 tbsp of garlic and ginger
Chili pepper to taste
1 tbsp of curry, turmeric and fish spices
1 tbsp of cooking oil
½ tbsp of lemon juice
½ cup of coriander and parsley- chopped

Method:
1- Heat oil. Turn the two sides of the fish in until it changes color then place the fish in an oven pan
2-Mix the ingredients in the blender except parsley, coriander and lemon. You can a small amount of water. Pour the mixture over the fish
3-Place the pan into the oven for 45 minutes or until cooked. When done, sprinkle with parsley, coriander and lemon juice. Serve with white rice.
