Ingredients and Method:

Heat 4/ minced onions with 2/tbsp. of minced garlic and oil then add 1/kilo of meat cubes and mix for 10/ minutes then spice with saffron ,salt blace pepper ,curry, curcuma and maet spices.


Then add 1/green pepper , 1/tbsp. of vinegar, tomato sauce and 1/ minced tomato and 2/cups of yoghurt and 2/ meat broth cube .


Heat for 10/ minutes then add hot water and leave the meat to ripen then add the rice and leave on high heat until the rice dries. Then reduce the heat and leave for 30/minutes and serve hot.
