 
                koftah Ingredients:
 2 onions, chopped
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 kilo of mincemeat
 1 mashed egg, 1/2 cup of Grits
 3 tbsp oil
 1/2 cup of bread crumb
 2 tbsp from each coriander, dill and parsley
 1/4 tbsp from each salt, red & black pepper,
 cinnamon and cumin.
 Sauce ingredients:
 5 Tomatoes
 1 cup of water
 Black pepper and salt to taste
 3 tbsp oil
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 3 tbsp tomato paste
Method:
 1- To prepare the Koftah: combine koftah ingredients, form koftah fingers then arrange in an oven pan (you can add potatoes).
 2- To prepare the sauce: mix tomatoes with water in the blender.
 Fry garlic with oil, then add tomato paste and stir for 5 minutes. Add tomato mixture, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
 3- Pour the tomato mixture over koftah, cover with aluminium foil, then place into hot oven for an hour
