Ingredients:
1 kilo fish, pieces
3 cups of rice
3 minced onions
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp Arabic spices
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp from each of cinnamon, black
pepper, black lemon and cumin

Method:
1- Mix fish with garlic, lemon, salt and Arabic spices. Marinate for a long time.
2- Cover with flour then fry with hot oil.
3- Fry onions with oil, then season with cumin, pepper, black lemon and cinnamon. Lay the fish over, then put the rice.
4- Let the content simmer for 15 minutes.
5- Transfer to the serving plate and serve.
