1 chicken
3 cups of Rice
4 minced onions
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp of Arabic spices
1 chopped tomato
salt and black pepper
1/2 cup of water

1- Boil the rice (half boiling time). Drain the leave aside.
2- Fry onions with oil (in a pot). Add the cinnamon sticks and the tomato. Mix well for 2 minutes.
3- Add the chicken pieces. When the color changes, sprinkle with spices. Add water, cover the pot and then leave for 20 minutes.
4- Remove from heat without taking the cover away for few minutes. Add the rice without mixing.
5- Pour rose water on the top. Put cardamom and butter cubes.
6- Cover the pot for 12 minutes, then turn upside down, and transfer to the serving plate. Decorate with onion slices.
