Ingredients:

⦁ Half kilo of spiced fried fish
⦁ 3 cups of rice
⦁ 3 minced onions , ½ tablespoons of turmeric, curry, fish spice and
⦁ minced garlic
⦁ 3 tablespoons of parsley, coriander, and dill
⦁ 4 & ½ cups of boiled water
⦁ 3 dried lemons
⦁ Green pepper
⦁ Salt to taste.

Cooking Instructions:

⦁ Heat some onion with oil, garlic, parsley, coriander, dill, and green pepper.
⦁ Add fish and spices with some dried lemon
⦁ Add some water till it boils, then remove the fish mixture and keep aside.
⦁ Add the rice until well done
⦁ Add the fish on top and place on low heat for one hour.
