Ingredients:
1 large chicken
1/4 tbsp from each of cinnamon and black
pepper
1 tbsp dried black lemon
1 tbsp garlic with ginger
7 grains of Cardamon
2 cloves
3 sticks of cinnamon
7 curry leaves
1 /3 cup of oil
4 cups of Rice
2 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
3 dried black lemon
1/3 cup of rose water with saffron
6 sliced onions
1 cup of water

Method:
1- Heat oil in a pot to fry onions. When lightly brown, remove and leave aside.
2- season the chicken (from inside and outside) with black pepper, cinnamon, garlic, tbsp of black lemon and salt.
3- Put the chicken in the same onions oil. Fry, then add water, curry leaves, black lemon, fried onions and the whole grains of spices.
4- Leave the pot over medium heat for 30 minutes, then remove with the black lemon and leave aside.
5- put the chicken broth in another pot after removing the dirts. Press on onions to squeeze.
6- Fry rice with ghee, stir occasionally for 3 minutes, then add the chicken broth (6 cups).
7- Leave the rice over high heat until the water evaporates, then pour rose water and saffron over. place the chicken over.
8- Lower heat, cover the pot and let the content simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
