Ingredients and Method:

Mix:
⦁ 1 kilo of minced meat
⦁ 4 minced onions
⦁ 1 tablespoon of pureed garlic
⦁ Spice with some cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, salt and ½ cup of parsley, coriander, dill & lemon juice.

Place mixture in a serving pan and add slices of potato, tomato and green pepper on top.

Prepare the sauce which contains: 3 tablespoons of garlic cloves fried with oil and 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Spice with some salt and black pepper, then add 2 cups of water and leave over heat for 10 minutes.

Pour over the tomato sauce, cover the pan and place in over until it turns golden/red for nearly an hour.
