 
                Ingredients:
 1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
 1 onion, chopped
 1tomato, chopped
 2 tbsp minced parsley
 2 tbsp turmeric
 2 tbsp curry
 salt to taste
 2 tbsp oil
 Mixture ingredients:
 2 cup of yogurt
 3 onions
 1 tbsp garlic
 coriander
 little water
Method:
 1- Fry onions with oil, then add the chicken pieces and stir for 3 minutes.
 2- Combine the mixture ingredients in the blender, pour over chicken then stir. Let the mixture simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
 3- Add tomato and parsley then stir for 5 minutes
 4- Sprinkle turmeric, curry, and salt, then stir and let it simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
