 
                Ingredients:
 ½ kg of shrimps
 2 tbsp of garlic- mashed
 2 lemons- juice
 1 tbsp of each: olive oil, coriander, parsleychopped
 Salt, black pepper, fish spices (to taste)
 1 tsp of lemon zest
 1 onion- slices
Method:
 1- Mix the ingredients except the shrimps
 2- Clean the shrimps (remove the shell and keep the tail), then marinate it in the mixture, and keep it for 3 hours in the freezer
 3- Place the shrimps on the mesh grilling basket, then put on coal. Serve hot.
