                Ingredients and Method:
Fry the 1 kilo of fish in a small amount of oil until well-done.
 In a blender, add:
 ⦁ 3 pieces of onions
 ⦁ 3 cloves of garlic
 ⦁ 1 cup of coriander
 ⦁ Some hot pepper
 ⦁ 1 tablespoon of turmeric
 ⦁ Some Indian Masala Pepper curry
 ⦁ 2 cups of y ogurt
 ⦁ ½ a cup of water and then blend all the ingredients together.
 Pour the mixture over the fried fish and heat again for 45 minutes.
