2 fishes
3 minced onions
1 tbsp garlic with ginger
3 minced Tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp from each of minced parsley and
1/4 tbsp from each of arabic spices, black
pepper, cinnamon, Turmeric and Cumin
salt to taste
1 tbsp dried black lemon
green pepper
1/2 cup of oil
2 cups of hot water
2 cups of tamarind

1- Wash the fish, season and then fry with oil until lightly brown.
2- with the same oil fry onions, garlic and tomatoes. Then add the tomato paste and stir the content for 5 minutes.
3- Sprinkle with spices, add parsley and stir. Add fish and mix with the content for 3 minutes.
4- Add water and tamerind and then bring to a boil.
5- Lower heat and let the content simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with white rice.
