Ingredients:
1 kilo fish, pieces
3 tbsp oil
4 chopped onions
2 tbsp garlic
3 Tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp tomato paste
green pepper to taste
5 dried lemon
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tbsp from each salt, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, red pepper and Arabic spices
3 cups of water

Method:
1. Fry onions and garlic with oil, then add fish and stir until the color changes.
2. Add Tomatoes, tomato paste, peppers, lemon and bell pepper. Stir for 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with spices and stir carefully for 5 minutes.
4. Add hot water and leave until cooked. Serve with rice.
