Ingredients:
 2 fishes, medium size
 3 cups of Rice, cooked
 4 sliced onions
 1/2 tbsp from each of cumin, cinnamon,
 black pepper and Turmeric
 salt to taste
 1/2 cup of rose water with saffron
 1/3 cup of ghee
Method:
 1- Combine the spices together. After washing the fishes, season with half spices quantity.
 2- Melt the ghee in a pot, then put the fish until the color changes. Leave aside.
 3- With the same ghee, fry onions and garlic. Sprinkle with the rest quantity of spices. Stir then lay the fish on the mixture. Leave over low heat for 5 minutes.
 4- Add the rice and then pour rose water over. cover the pot, and let the content simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
 5- Turn upside down. Place the fish on the top, decorate to taste, and serve.
