1 kilo of fish filet
1/2 cup of lemon juice
3 tbsp yogurt
1/4 tbsp from each black pepper, cinnamon, cumin and salt
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 cup of parsley
Dipping batter: flour, eggs and bread crumb

1. Mix all ingredients with spoon then marinate the fish. Store in the refrigerator for a good time
2. Roll the fish in flour (press well on the fish to get rid of water), dip in eggs (blended with black pepper and a little of coriander), then roll in bread crumb
3. Fry with cooking oil until golden brown (approx. 8 minutes) then drain on absorbent paper, and serve.
