Ingredients and Method:

Mince 1/kilo of meat with 3/onions, 5/garlic cloves, some parsley , coriander, dill and 1/3 cup corn flour pour some meat spices, blace and red pepper ,and salt to taste.


Then roll the meat and the mixture and heat for one hour ,Heat 4/onions with oil, spices, 2/cups of meat broth, ½ tbsp of blace pepper and cinnamon for 3/minutes then add 4 ½ cup of water and leave for 5/ minutes then remove and add 3/ cups of rice and leave to dry , Then add the meat balls on top of the rice and heat for 20/ minutes on the low heat.
