                Ingredients and Method:
⦁ Spice 2 pieces of chicken with 2 cups of yoghurt, ¼ tablespoons of curry, black pepper, turmeric, Danat Biryani spice, some salt and chopped dill, parsley and coriander
 ⦁ Leave in freezer for a while
 ⦁ Heat 3 tablespoons of ghee with spices and curry; then add 3 onions sliced, 1 tablespoons of garlic and curry
 ⦁ Stir well until the onions turns golden brown, add the chopped tomato and leave on heat for 10 minutes then add 1 cup of hot water and leave to ripen; then remove the chicken pieces and drain them
 ⦁ Leave the broth aside
 ⦁ Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 3 cups of rice then add the chicken broth (add hot water if needed to cover the rice upto 2 cm) & leave to boil
 ⦁ Reduce the heat and leave for 30 minutes
