Ingredients & Preparation Method:
⦁ Cut the chicken & slice the following vegetables: potatoes, pepper, zucchini, onions and chilli pepper
⦁ Add some salt, black pepper, curry, chicken spices, paprika and shredded ginger for flavoring and add some lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture.

⦁ Place on tray and heat in oven for an hour.
⦁ Can be served with some rice or bread.
