Ingredients and Method:
Wash 1 chicken and leave in a pan.
Hollow out the zucchini and bell peppers; keep hollowing until you have a generous cavity.
Mix:
⦁ 1 cup of washed & drained rice with ½ cup of minced meat and ½ cup of minced dill, parsley, mint, and coriander.
⦁ Spice the mixture with ¼ tablespoon of cinnamon, black pepper, cumin and salt
⦁ Add ¼ cup of olive oil, 1 minced tomato & 5 minced onions.
Fill each zucchini and green pepper with the rice mixture. Boil the remaining mixture with a little amount of water and stuff the chicken.
Prepare the sauce which contains: 3 tablespoons of garlic cloves fried with oil and 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Spice with some salt and black pepper, then add 2 cups of water and leave over heat for 10 minutes.
Place the stuffed chicken & stuffed vegetables in a pan and pour the sauce over it. Leave the chicken and zucchini covered in the oven on low heat for an hour then remove the cover and leave until done
