Ingredients and Method:

Cut one whole chicken into 8 cubes.
Prepare a mixture containing:
⦁ 2 cups of yogurt
⦁ 1 tablespoon turmeric & curry, masala Indian pepper, red pepper, vinegar and pomegranate molasses.
Keep in the fridge as much as possible.
Heat 3 tablespoons of margarine with some curry leaves and mustard grains then add:
⦁ 3 pieces of sliced onions
⦁ 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
⦁ Some ginger & green pepper
Add then add chicken mixture and heat for 45 minutes on low heat.
Serve with rice.
