Ingredients:
1 chicken
9 small onions
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp GHEE
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 tbsp from each of cinnamon and black
pepper
Salt to taste
5 cups of hot water
Cooking Oil

Method:
1- Rinse the chicken, clean from inside and outside, then cut into 4 pieces. Wash the pieces, drain and then fry with oil until lightly brown.
2- Peel the onions, remove its bottom head. Fry with ghee in a pot and then put aside.
3- Add flour to the same ghee, stir until the color changes. Add water, salt and spices. Bring to a boil.
4- Put the chicken pieces and the onions over the pot>s content. Leave over heat for 30 minutes.
5- Add the orange juice and stir for 5 minutes.
6- Serve with white rice and bread.
