Ingredients and Method:

Poil 1/chicken with 2/onions then remocve from the poiled water , sprinkle 1/tbsp. of lemon zest , dry lemon, black pepper and oil then put the chicken to red-dish.

Then heat 5/onions with oil and 1/tbsp. of dry lemon, and raisins then add the rice and chicken and leave on low heat for 20/minutes and serve hot.
