Ingredients:

⦁ 1 whole chicken cut into pieces
⦁ 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 cup of squash, 3 tomatoes, 1/2 garlic head, 3 chopped onions
⦁ ¼ tablespoons of the following: turmeric, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, curry and some salt to taste
⦁ 3 tablespoons of ghee, 9 cups of hot water, 3 black dried lemons
⦁ 5-7 thin bread loaves / crepes (Rgag Bread)

Method:
⦁ Fry onion and garlic then add chicken and stir for 5 minutes.
⦁ Add the vegetables and spices; stir for 10 minutes.
⦁ Add some water then leave the mixture over the heat for 30 minutes.
⦁ Place the bread pieces on the serving plate
⦁ Pour the chicken broth over and place the chicken and vegetables over, then serve hot.
