Ingredients and Method:

⦁ Mince 1 kg of chicken breast with 3 onions, 3 garlic cloves, parsley, coriander, dill, red pepper, & 1/3rd a cup of corn flour
⦁ Spice the mixture with some Danat meat pepper, black &red pepper and some salt to taste
⦁ Pound the chicken and then roll into a circle; keep for one hour
⦁ Place oil, 3 onions, 2 chicken broth cubes, 1 tablespoon of tomatoe paste in the pan
⦁ Heat for 3 minutes
⦁ Add one cup of colored pepper (Whats colored pepper? Specify the pepper you want its better because “colored pepper” is incorrect) with 4 ½ cups of water and allow to boil
⦁ Add the chicken kafta rolls and cook for 5 minutes
⦁ Add 3 cups of rice until cooked
⦁ Add kafta rolls on top and heat for 20 minutes and serve
