Ingredients:
3 cups of Rice
1 chicken, cut into pieces
1 onion
2 Tomatoes
a little cinnamon
green pepper
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp from each of coriander and parsley
2 dried black lemon
Salt to taste
spices to taste
1/3 cup of ghee

Method:
1- Fry onions with ghee (in a pot).
2- Add tomatoes and tomato paste, stir. Add the other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes (keep stirring).
3- Submerge the chicken pieces with water. Leave it over heat until cooked. Drain and fry with oil.
4- Put the rice in the tomato mixture pot, and leave over high heat until the water evaporates.
5- let the content simmer over low heat for an hour. Serve with chicken.
