1 kilo of meat cubes
4 cups of half boiled rice
5 sliced onions
2 cups of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of garlic, ginger, hot pepper and salt
1 tablespoon of turmeric
Curry and Biryani spices
3 tablespoons of butter
Mix the meat cubes with yoghurt in a pan and add spices, salt and place in freezer for 2 hours.
Heat the butter with onion until it turns slightly red then mix with garlic.
Place the meat cubes in the pot and then pour the mixture of onion and garlic over
Cook moderately for 45 minutes or until the meat softens while stirring every 15 minutes.
Place the rice over the mixture in addition to some rose water and natural dye for 30 minutes over low heat
