Poil 1/ kilo of shark with 3/tbsp of curcuma then drain and wash well to remove the skin and the bones then drain well and leave aside.
Heat 4/ minced onions with some oil and 2/tbsp of garlic cloves minced then add the fish and stir and add few from fish spices,Arabic spices,curry, dry lemon and salt to taste. Stir well then add 3/tbsp.
of ghee and heat for 7/ minutes and serve with white rice.
